总结周仲瑜教授运用阴阳调理灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降的经验.周仲瑜教授认为卵巢储备功能下降的基本病机为肾虚血瘀,肾中阴阳失衡.肾虚包括肾阴肾阳的亏虚,血瘀为胞宫气血瘀滞,治疗当以补肾祛瘀为基本治则.补肾重在滋补肾中真阴,温补肾中元阳,祛瘀意在温阳行气、活血化瘀.临床治疗上运用具有温通温补作用的灸疗,辨证选取腹部、背部施灸,自创阴阳调理灸,选取其中的温阳益肾灸、培元固本灸阴阳相配以温补肾气,调和肾中阴阳,达到治病求本之目的.
