Abstract
肠道菌群在人体健康状态下始终保持动态平衡,并与人体相互依存、相互抑制、相互竞争.随着日益精进的医学及生物技术水平提高,越来越多的研究发现中医药在治疗多系统疾病中的功效与其可调节肠道菌群失调有关.本文对近几年关于中医药对肠道菌群影响的研究进行归纳及总结,发现中医药可改善肠道菌群丰度和均匀度、影响代谢途径及代谢产物、调控肠道黏膜屏障,从而在多系统疾病中发挥功效.
