Abstract
为了考察KW5型煤炭漏斗车底门开闭机构能否实现预期的基本动作,首先利用ADAMS多体系统动力学软件建立底门开闭机构的多体仿真模型,进行开关门过程传动模拟,校验各部件在传动过程中是否存在干涉或传动不到位等情况,验证该机构方案的可行性;然后分析开关门气缸所需要的驱动力,并校核手动操作轮在关门和开门过程中所需要的作用力;最后校验了关键传动部件的强度与稳定性.结果表明,KW5型煤炭漏斗车底门开闭机构的结构设计满足工程应用要求.
