Abstract
本试验采集黑河市某奶牛场乳腺炎患病奶牛的牛乳样本,进行病原菌分离和鉴定,通过16SrRNA基因片段扩增和测序鉴定了一株大肠杆菌.以K-B药敏纸片法检测该分离株的药物敏感性,并攻毒小鼠,检测其致病性,结果显示该大肠杆菌分离株耐多种药物,致病性强.
