Abstract
为明确活性水在草莓生产上的应用效果,以"隋珠"草莓为试验材料,连续2年研究了活性水灌溉对其果实产量、品质和耐贮藏性的影响.结果表明:活性水灌溉草莓总产量较普通水灌溉显著提高6.9%~14.8%,不同阶段糖度显著增加0.7~1.1个百分点,2~4℃贮藏保鲜期延长了3 d左右.活性水有利于提高草莓的果实产量、品质和耐贮藏性.
