Abstract
为探讨模拟微重力效应是否通过NRF2影响CLOCK和BMAL1表达节律振荡,使用细胞回转器模拟微重力效应,结果表明:模拟微重力效应使抗氧化转录因子NRF2表达水平显著降低,细胞内ROS水平显著增加;CLOCK和BMAL1表达显著降低,振荡节律减弱,周期缩短,相位改变,当过表达NRF2后可逆转微重力效应引起的节律变化,增强CLOCK和BMAL1的表达节律;提示模拟微重力效应可能通过NRF2调节CLOCK和BMAL1的表达振荡.
