Abstract
三尖瓣下移畸形也称 Ebstein 畸形(Ebstein anomaly ,EA) ,指三尖瓣隔瓣及后瓣未附着于瓣环正常位置,而是向心尖移位并附着于右心室壁,下移的瓣膜常发育不全、短小和/或发生粘连,三尖瓣前瓣附着于正常位置但瓣叶冗长,呈"帆船样"或"藤条样"改变[1 ].E A为罕见先天性心脏病,约占先天性心脏病的0. 03％ ～1. 00％,其发病无明显性别差异.本研究报告3例EA的超声心动图表现.
