Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the inertia and system security of high penetration renewable energy grid decreases, conventional DC island transmission pure renewable energy which can electrically decoupling between large-scale renewable energy power grid and traditional power grid was proposed. Based on the effective capacity coefficient of renewable energy, calculation method of pure renewable energy installed capacity was proposed. Voltage and inertia support problems were solved by dynamic compensation equipment. Based on the minimum power fluctuation of new energy, the optimal hybrid ratio of wind and PV power was studied. Energy storage allocation under optimal ratio of wind and PV power hybrid transportation was also researched. Empirical analysis was carried out in Northwest Power grid. PSD-PEBL program was used to check the power balance which proves the feasibility of the proposed transmission mode. Case analysis proved the feasibility of the proposed transmission mode and provided a new transmission mode for large-scale new energy transmission in the future.
