摘要
The development of hygroscopic and cool textiles has become an inevitable trend in the development of textiles used in summer and under extreme environmental conditions. To obtain regenerated cooling fibers with excellent thermal conductivity and cooling properties, in this work, the spinning dope was prepared by dissolving the flax fiber recovered from the factory in a green and efficient ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride. The boron nitride (BN) nanoparticles are then added to the spinning solution. Finally, regenerated cooling fiber was prepared using the wet spinning method. To study the effect of different addition amounts of boron nitride on the chemical structure, surface morphology, mechanical properties, thermal stability, and thermal conductivity of regenerated fibers and conduct characterization analysis. The results show that the tensile breaking strength of the regenerated cooling fiber is 121.68 Mpa and the elongation is 13.37% when the ionic liquid and organic solvent compound system is used to dissolve the flax fiber, and the mass fraction of BN is 60 wt%. The fabric made of BN with the addition of 60 wt% has a thermal conductivity of 0.35751 W/m k, which can effectively dissipate and conduct the heat. The regenerated cooling fibers added with BN will not change the crystal structure; the chemical structure is stable and has thermal stability. Therefore, it can be used as a raw material for cool wear fabrics in summer, giving the fabric a cool feeling.
