摘要
The combination of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminescence and supramolecular chemistry has attracted great attention recently. However, due to the fluorescence quench ability of coordination metals and the dynamic reversibility of coordination bonds, the construction of supramolecular metal-organic nanocages with AIE properties has been a difficult and challenging problem in this field. Herein, we reported the design and construction of novel tetraphenylethene (TPE)-modified organic tetrahedral nanocages by coordination driven self-assembly. The synthesized organic tetrahedral nanocages exhibited unique AIE properties, stimulus-responsive luminescence features and solvatochromism effect after sub-component self-assembly. This pro-vides a new way to construct selective photoluminescence materials and new information encryption materials.
