Fast start-stop control of segmented permanent magnet synchronous motor with improved genetic algorithm.

The current traditional motor fast start-stop control method regulates the torque of the motor to realize the device state control of the motor, which leads to low control accuracy due to the lack of reasonable control of the internal voltage and current of the motor. In this regard, a segmented permanent magnet synchronous motor fast start-stop control method with improved genetic algorithm is proposed. The global optimization speed of the algorithm is improved by adjusting the fitness function of the traditional genetic algorithm. The vector control algorithm is used to build a three-loop vector control simulation model for the position loop, speed loop and current loop of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the fast start-stop control of the motor is realized by weak magnetic induction. In the experiments, the proposed method is verified for the control effect. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the proposed method has a small control error and a high control accuracy when the segmented permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled by fast start-stop.
