摘要
The nitrogen-doped carbonized polymer dots (HNCDs) with solid-state emission were prepared via a simple solvothermal method. The HNCDs show concentration-dependent emission, which lead to their emission both in solution and solid-state can be red shifted from blue to red as their concentration increase. The HNCDs exhibit the excellent compatibility with silicone sol prepared by aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and their composite display the good stability. The HNCDs composites were further used to fabricate the LEDs with the emission color ranging from blue to red just by simply varying the type of chips and regulating the content of HNCDs in silicone sol, showing a great potential in photoelectric device application.
