Abstract
目的:建立UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap HRMS法同时测定北沙参中12个成分的含量.方法:采用AC-QUITY UPLC HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为0.4 mL/min;柱温为40℃;质谱采用电喷雾离子源,一级正负离子全扫描模式.对北沙参中补骨脂素、佛手柑内酯、花椒毒素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸C、咖啡酸、水杨酸和阿魏酸进行含量测定.结果:上述12个成分在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好;精密度、重复性及稳定性试验RSD均良好,平均加样回收率为86.89%~114.13%,RSD为1.02%~2.63%.16批样品中成分的含量差异较大.结论:该方法可用于快速、准确测定北沙参中12个成分的含量,可为北沙参质量评价提供参考.
