Abstract
•An electroconductive platform (PUCL@CNT) was developed for neuronal regeneration.•It provided electroconductivity, nanotopography, and mechano-competent properties.•The neuronal specification was guided by Ca2+ dependent FAK-AKT-β-catenin pathway.•Endogenous NSPCs and neurons were more observed in neural tissue near PUCL@CNT.•PUCL@CNT is revealed to have remarkable potential for neural tissue regeneration.
