Nodal positivity in clinically node-negative breast cancer following neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Introduction: The necessity to perform a sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in patients with clinically node-negative breast cancer following neoadjuvant chemotherapy has been questioned.
