Abstract
基质细胞蛋白是一类存在于细胞外基质,蛋白分子量相对较小,对组织没有支撑作用的非结构性分子,主要包括富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白 (secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine,SPARC)、CCN 家族、肌腱蛋白、凝血酶敏感蛋白(thrombin-sensitive protein,TSP)、骨桥蛋白、骨膜蛋白等.基质细胞蛋白主要充当细胞、细胞外基质及外环境间信息交换的"桥梁",并发挥多种生物学调控作用,影响细胞生长、增殖、分化和迁移等诸多方面.
