Abstract
儿童坏死性肺炎属于中医学"肺痈"范畴,热、毒、痰、瘀既是其病理产物,又是疾病进展至慢性期的重要病因.从"热、毒、痰、瘀、虚"探讨儿童坏死性肺炎慢性期的辨治思路,认为热毒未清、痰瘀互结、气阴虚损是核心病机,提出以清热解毒、化痰祛瘀、益气养阴为主要治法,自拟协定清肺方作为治疗慢性期儿童坏死性肺炎的主方,为临床治疗提供思路.
