Simulation Design of High-frequency System of S-band Multi-beam Klystron

摘要
The one-dimensional initial design is performed with the large-signal simulation program KLY for the high-frequency system of the coaxial cavity high-power multi-beam klystron. The design scheme of 10 cavities (including three second harmonic cavities) is adopted in this design, and the output power of more than 10MW is obtained, the efficiency is greater than 60%, the gain reaches 50dB, and the length of the high-frequency system section is less than 220mm, which greatly reduces the system length and is conducive to the miniaturization of the device.
