Abstract
乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿是乳腺癌术后、放化疗后的常见并发症,目前治疗手段有限,病情易迁延反复,严重影响患者生活质量.中医药治疗乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿疗效颇佳,但存在理论基础和机制尚不明确的问题.近现代研究逐渐发现脾与三焦均和淋巴系统有一定联系,故提出治疗上健脾利湿、恢复三焦气化功能的观点,以期为乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿临床诊断与治疗提供参考.
