1 病例资料 患者女,34岁,因"双手遇冷变白伴皮肤变硬4年,吞咽困难7个月"于2020年4月3日就诊于汕头大学医学院第一附属医院.患者于2016年出现双手遇冷变白,伴口干、眼干,随后出现前臂及颜面皮肤变硬伴手指末端溃烂,于外院诊断为"系统性硬化症",予"甲泼尼龙、羟氯喹"治疗后症状缓解.
