基于"心身医学"理论探讨针灸"调神治形"治疗慢性荨麻疹的思路.慢性荨麻疹同时存在气血功能失调和精神情志异常,二者相互影响,互为因果,即"心身同病",临床诊治应重视心身同治,以协同增效.针灸"调神治形"治疗慢性荨麻疹,通过调脑神、心神、脏神、气机以"调神",调气和营、祛风止痒为则以"调形",采用针刺配合艾灸、刺络拔罐、耳穴疗法等综合治疗,将"治神"贯穿辨治全程,医患配合,共奏气血冲和、心身安宁之效.
