复合冲击破岩数值模拟研究及现场应用

Abstract
为了探究复合冲击载荷作用下聚晶金刚石复合片钻头(PDC)的破岩机理,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了PDC单切削齿-岩石相互作用的数值模型,模拟研究了常规切削、单轴向冲击、复合冲击下岩石破碎过程,分析了复合冲击破岩机理.结果表明:在复合冲击作用下,轴向载荷分量能够增加切削齿切削深度,同时切向载荷分量的剪切作用使岩石产生大体积破裂.相比于常规钻进,应用复合冲击钻井后机械钻速提高了26.2%.研究成果可为复合冲击钻井技术的现场应用提供理论参考.
