Research on a 10kV Protection Transformation Process Optimization Method

Taking a 10kV line protection renovation project as an example, this article analyzes the main problems and difficulties in the field renovation process. By using the theory of process reengineering, the engineering transformation steps are optimized, and the work flow is reengineered. Then, through the continuous application and repeated reengineering in the project, an optimization scheme is gradually formed for the later transformation work.This scheme minimizes the impact of predictable factors and human factors, making the protection and renovation work more secure and controllable. It also shortens the power outage time of the line, and ensures the user’s on-time electricity consumption and the safe and stable operation of the power grid. At the same time, it also provides a reference for other follow-up protection and reconstruction projects.
