Abstract
表观遗传学是DNA序列没有发生改变,基因表达和表型产生可遗传的变化.前期研究发现,表观遗传调控参与多种生命活动过程,在脂肪沉积过程中也发挥重要的作用.脂肪沉积影响畜禽肉品质,研究脂肪沉积机制是畜禽育种中的一个重要方面.因此,本文从DNA甲基化、mRNA修饰、组蛋白修饰、染色体重塑和非编码RNA调控五个方面展开对畜禽脂肪沉积机制中研究进展的综述.
