Abstract
寻常型鱼鳞病是一种常见的遗传性皮肤角化障碍性疾病.本文对一个侗族鱼鳞病家系进行调查,患者主要表现为皮肤干燥、鱼鳞状鳞屑和毛周角化,该家系4代共有患者5例,其中男性患者4例,女性患者1例,呈现连续传递,遗传模式为常染色体显性遗传,且可能存在外显不全.根据该家系患者临床表型和遗传特点,诊断为寻常型鱼鳞病.
