基于高通量测序方法的白菜内生细菌多样性分析

Abstract
本实验基于高通量测序与生物信息学相关技术手段对大白菜内生菌及可于LB培养基上分离培养的内生菌的多样性展开研究.研究结果显示,白菜内生菌共299个菌属,其中乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属(Lysinibacillus)、发光杆菌属(Photobacterium)等为优势菌属.于LB培养基上可分离培养大白菜内生菌共55个菌属,占整个白菜内生菌的16.7%,其中赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属(Lysinibacillus)、肉食杆菌属(Carnobacterium)等为优势菌种.KEGG功能预测结果显示,内生菌处于内生状态时氨基酸、核酸与脂质代谢会受到一定程度上的抑制,而能量代谢与糖代谢等有利于共生系统的代谢途径会一定程度增强.
