•NN-0.20BMH ceramic achieved large Wrec of 3.51 J/cm3 and an η of 93.77 %.•NN-0.20BMH ceramics displayed high power density (PD = 118 MW/cm3).•NN-0.20BMH ceramics displayed large current density (CD = 990 A/cm2).•NN-0.20BMH ceramics show excellent stability of frequency and temperature.
