摘要
Although immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) provided unprecedented survival improvement for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), their benefit in NSCLC is limited to a subset of patients. Characterization of the complex and heterogeneous tumor microenvironment (TME) in NSCLC, particularly between lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), is essential to reveal promising targets.
