Abstract
草甘膦作为全球生产和使用量最大的除草剂,在环境中的残留水平较高.草甘膦的使用虽然提高了农作物产量,但也对环境及人体产生了一定程度危害.有研究表明,草甘膦暴露于人体可能导致神经毒性、生殖毒性、肝脏毒性、肾脏毒性等健康危害,并具有一定的致癌性.现对近年来有关草甘膦肾脏毒性研究进行综述,旨在全面阐述草甘膦肾脏毒性的研究现状及其进展,为草甘膦暴露对公众健康影响的科学评估及其后续的研究提供依据.
