Abstract
•A novel fluorescence apta-nano biosensor was fabricated based on CdTe quantum dots.•Fluorescence intensity of the produced apta-nano biosensor quenched selectively by addition of Methamphetamine (MA).•It can be used to detect MA with a detection limit of 40.34 ± 1.05 × 10−12 mol L−1.•Fast and ultrasensitive apta-nano biosensor was applied for MA detection in forensic biological fluids.
