摘要
•Anti-furosemide mAb with high binding affinity of 2.1 × 109 mol/L was prepared.•An ultrabright red-emitted AIEFMs was used as a signal amplification probe to enhance the detection performance of LFIA.•The proposed AIEFM-LFIA exhibited a high sensitivity to furosemide quantitative determination with a LOD of 0.049 ng/mL.
