摘要
This paper presents a high-gain flat Luneburg lens operating at 8–9 GHz. The lens consists of six layers of small elliptical cylindrical lenses whose permittivity decreases gradually from the inside to the outside. The highest gain of the antenna can reach 22.8dB, which is 9dB higher than that of the system with only a radiation source, and the beam width is also compressed to the range of 9° to 12°. The proposed lens is intended to be processed by 3D printing technology for its practical application.
