摘要

•NOAA MiRS was applied to TROPICS early data for moisture and temperature retrievals.•The early-phase, provisionally-calibrated data are from TROPICS Pathfinder.•TROPICS and its predecessor MicroMAS are the first CubeSats with 205 GHz and F-band.•The results are encouraging and validated with ECMWF and NOAA-20 ATMS.•TROPICS new 205 GHz and F-band exhibit sensitivity to moisture and hydrometeors.
