钢桥面顶板-U肋全熔透双面焊构造细节疲劳性能研究

Abstract
为研究钢桥面板顶板-U肋全熔透双面焊构造细节疲劳性能,以深中通道伶仃洋大桥正交异性钢桥面板为对象,采用Abaqus软件建立钢桥面板节段有限元模型,基于预测车流数据,计算全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的等效应力幅;开展14个顶板-U肋试件疲劳试验,评估全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的疲劳强度;基于试件焊缝尺寸的测量结果,建立有限元模型计算不同焊缝尺寸对疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:等效疲劳车荷载下全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的等效应力幅为 71.9 M Pa;试件的疲劳裂纹多发育于 U 肋内焊趾,采用名义应力法计算得到该疲劳细节的疲劳强度约为76.8 M Pa,高于有限元计算所得的等效应力幅和我国现行规范中的建议值;焊缝尺寸增大会降低内焊趾部位的等效应力幅,焊缝尺寸对外焊趾部位等效应力幅影响较小.
