438. Effects of Sex Steroid Manipulation on Irritability and the Neural Reward System in Women With a History of Perinatal Depression

Irritability is a prevalent symptom of perinatal depression (PND) yet is understudied. Here we characterize how reproductive hormones trigger irritability and changes in neural reward responsivity among hormone-sensitive women at greater risk for depression and dysregulated behavioral interactions with their infant and family.
