Abstract
Cannabis is the most used federally illicit substance by patients with psychosis and is associated with worse outcomes. However, past cannabis use has often been associated with better cognition in people with psychosis. One explanation for higher cognition could be the positive impact of cannabis use on cardio-metabolic profiles or inflammatory pathways.
