摘要
Auditory-based targeted cognitive training (ATCT) programs enhance cognitive functioning by using adaptive computerized exercises that improve pitch and temporal acuity of low-level sensory information to produce “bottom up” pro-cognitive effects. Here, we report the initial results of a pilot study that investigates factors affecting ATCT performance across a diagnostically heterogeneous group of Veterans engaged in VA mental health programming, using a 1 hour ATCT exercise which is typical of a full 30-40h ATCT program.
