Abstract
环己酮作为在己内酰胺生产中最为重要的中间体,是涂料、橡胶、有机溶剂等重要的原材料之一.作为聚酰胺纤维单体的一种表现方式,己内酰胺需要高质量的中间体,在生产环己酮的过程中若出现较多杂质则将会严重影响到己内酰胺的应用.因此,提升环己酮的纯度对己内酰胺的质量具有显著的改善作用.本文将通过对脱氢产生的副反应造成杂质以及抑制副反应产生的方法进行研究,从而得出有效的抑制杂质生成方法.
