Abstract
发酵饲料因其绿色、安全、高效等优点越来越多的应用到畜禽生产中.厌氧微生物发酵饲料中乳酸含量的高低是评价其品质好坏的重要指标.本文着重介绍了测定微生物发酵饲料中乳酸含量的方法:滴定法、对羟基联苯法、高效液相色谱法等,就其适应性和科学性进行了概括.通过对以上方法的分析,为今后在实际工作中选用合适的分析方法提供了参考依据.
