Abstract
浙江省从2016年开始每年开展"浙江好稻米"的推荐工作,6 a共推荐金奖产品65个.笔者通过金奖产品的品质情况分析,认为籼稻、粳稻和籼粳杂交稻均表现出外观透明度高、蒸煮品质好、食味佳的特点;通过对产地的分析,表现出中高海拔山区、浙北平原地区获得金奖较多的特点;通过对种植方式的分析,表现出采用稻渔(鸭)综合种养模式的稻米获得金奖较多的特点.
