Abstract
前部缺血性视神经病变是中老年视力下降的常见原因之一,发病率可达0.23/万～1.02/万,任何年龄均可发病,45岁以上者占89％.目前西医以激素治疗、营养神经、改善循环等方法为主,具有一定的局限性.而中医治疗本病可以发挥独特的优势,包括中药辨证论治、针刺及特色外治法如穴位注射及离子导入等.此文综述了中医对于前部缺血性视神经病变病因病机的认识及目前临床治疗的研究进展.
