Abstract
患儿,男,21天.全身皮疹伴持续发热2天,且出现进行性精神反应差、腹胀、呼吸急促等表现,患儿出生前后有肺结核密切接触史.抗核抗体(滴度)1:1000、抗干燥综合征抗原A(SSA)抗体:阳性、干燥综合征抗原B(SSB)抗体:阳性.抗Ro52抗体:阳性,综上诊断为新生儿红斑狼疮,经积极使用人免疫球蛋白1 g/kg,患儿体温于48 h内缓慢下降,皮疹逐渐减轻,病情好转.
