黄穗平从枢机失运论治胃癌前病变的经验

Abstract
胃癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,PLGC)是胃癌发生的独立危险因素.黄穗平教授认为,脾胃枢机失运是PLGC的根本病机,少阳枢机失运是PLGC的进展关键,气滞贯穿疾病全过程.治疗PLGC应注重调气,以通补脾胃、调和少阳为治法.通补脾胃顺升降常采用益气化瘀解毒方、香砂六君子汤等加减;升发解郁和少阳多采用小柴胡汤、柴芍六君子汤加减.并根据兼证分别予清热、利湿、活血、解毒之法,以恢复脾胃、少阳之枢机条畅,从而逆转PLGC.
