胆汁反流性胃炎是指由多种因素导致胆汁反流入胃,引发胃黏膜发生慢性炎症性的疾病.中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可以改善其临床症状、提高其生活质量,减少复发.此文从胆汁反流性胃炎的中医病因、中医发病病机和治疗等方面综述胆汁反流性胃炎研究进展.认为本虚标实是该疾病的基本病因病机,治疗上多采用健脾益气,和胃降逆等方法,包括中医辨证治疗、方剂及针刺等.
