Abstract
经鼻高流量湿化氧疗(High flow nasal cannula,HFNC)是一种新型无创呼吸支持治疗方法,具有精确控制吸氧浓度、具体流速及可加温加湿的特点,可起到改善患者氧合指数(Oxygenation index,OI)、减少呼吸道阻力、冲刷生理无效腔、提供呼气末正压(Positive end-expiratory pressure,PEEP)等作用,目前已广泛应用于临床、急诊、呼吸、重症等科室.本文将经鼻高流量湿化氧疗的临床应用进展做总结和综述,为临床更好的应用提供参考.
