中医传统功法在治疗脑卒中运动功能障碍中的应用日趋广泛.本文归纳八段锦、太极拳、易筋经这三种颇具代表性的中医传统运动疗法在脑卒中患者运动康复的作用,分别从平衡功能、肌力恢复、步态改善等方面分析这三种中医传统功法康复的治疗机制,并对其治疗脑卒中后运动功能障碍的临床价值进行探索.
