Abstract
驻车空调换热器腐蚀泄漏问题严重,结合微观观察及成分检测等手段研究了换热器的腐蚀原因,并对换热器经过防腐处理后的抗腐蚀性能进行了研究.研究表明,换热器泄漏是由Cl-和S2-引发的点蚀穿孔导致.将换热器浸涂在水性树脂涂料中,再经风干、高温固化处理,通过中性盐雾试验和SWAAT试验对比为防腐和防腐处理后的换热器的腐蚀情况.试验结果表示,涂有水性树脂涂料的换热器的抗腐蚀性能显著提高,为换热器产品的防腐工艺设计提供有效思路.
