摘要

new labdane derivative, chamaecyparisin A ( 1 ), was isolated from the methanol extract of the bark of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana . Its structure was established by spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H, 13 C, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and EI-MS, and by comparison with the data of known analogs.
