Supplementary Figure S5 from Preclinical Investigation of <sup>212</sup>Pb-DOTAMTATE for Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy in a Neuroendocrine Tumor Model

At 20 µCi, there were relatively mild and reversible effects on weight gain (Panel A) and leukocyte counts (Panel B). Initially, animals in the 40µCi treatment group lost body weight and presented the strongest leukopenia but began to recover by 10 and 30 days, respectively, post injection. By Day 30, all groups were within reference ranges for hematologic parameters. As of the Day 90 timepoint, there have been no severe toxicological effects observed. Based on the study findings, the dose of 10 µCi was considered a no-observable adverse effect limit (NOAEL) dose and an HNSTD of 20μCi was determined.
