Supplemental Figure 1 from Kaempferol Targets RSK2 and MSK1 to Suppress UV Radiation-Induced Skin Cancer

SUV induces MAP kinase phosphorylation in JB6 P+ mouse epidermal skin cells in a time- or dose-dependent manner. (A) JB6 P+ cells were cultured, treated with SUV (60 kJ/m2) and harvested at the times indicated (0, 15, 30, 60, or 120 min). (B) JB6 P+ cells were cultured, treated with different doses of SUV (0, 5, 15, 30, 60 or 90 kJ/m2) and harvested at 15 min. Protein abundance was analyzed by Western blot. �-Actin was used to verify equal protein loading. Each assay was performed 3 times and similar results were obtained.
